Download and install Uplay software here http://uplay.ubi.com/en-GB/about/download
Create a dummy account and sign in

1. Ignore "2nd version", use "UplayPatch_1.0.8-Steam006"
2. Copy files from either x64 or x86 folder and the UplayPatch.ini file to bin folder of the game
3. Open UplayPatch.ini and edit it so it says GameExe = watch_dogs.exe
4. Run GameLauncher_x64/86.exe
